D.B. suggested Kelly will reach out to John for this. Karen emailed back and forth with Dalton Ling, from Energy source, they are coordinating and expect to have pre approval letters next week. Should be ready to go within about 30 days. D.B. brought standard contract to meeting- May 31, 2019 is end date, everything must be complete and paid for by that date. It's good we have a 3rd party working on this. We will likely receive 25% next week; once we spend that and document it we will receive the next 50%, the last 25% is reimbursed once we are complete. Heat pump for Ritter building was not approved the cost of this was approximately $13,500 ===PAGE 2=== Judit Earnst wanted to meet with us to talk about banning plastic bags, decided not to come after realizing we have no control over that. J.L. Raised the issue of quarterly report. Karen said she could be doing the quarterly reports, she spoke about the work she is doing for another community. Karen will proceed, but doing annual report is not allowed under the grant admin. D.S. asked Karen to speak with Town Manager Lemieux about this. We'd like assistance with project narratives. Doing the final report and any replacement/amendment writing can be eligible under the administrative line item. J.L. Will get the MEI (solar usage) and DPW will give John info. John and Kit from DPW will be coordinating with contractors on projects. Kit is really the one who will do most of the coordination. No members of the public were present for comment. Late September/early October for next meeting. Dave will talk to Kelly to see when she is available. This meeting will focus on lighting piece. Perhaps October 3rd. Motion to adjorn- N.S.
