	Fall Grant Process
	Timeline / Plan:
-July: Send out notifications to departments (completed, have not heard back. Will attend Select Board to notify/ask for help contacting departments)
-Aug: Finalize project list/options
-Sep: Finalize selected project(s) & application
-Oct: Submit application

Possible Options Based on Energy Assessments of Town Buildings:
-Ritter building - windows and lighting/weatherization
-Library - heating/cooling system
-School - mini-splits/weatherization
-Public Safety Building (Police/Fire) – hot water system

	Outreach program to increase community awareness
	Green Communities Committee Facebook Page informational posts on-going. Committee background, streetlight background, sustainability events, MassSave programs, federal rebates.
June posts: Hybrid police vehicles, MassSave Dehumidifier Recycling Event, Rain Barrel/Water Usage
Upcoming posts: Energy Meter for energy pull and phantom power, Electric savings from LED lights

Paul Sarapas reached out regarding writing an article in the Lunenberg Ledger about the committee. Invited to next meeting.
