Also Pat reported that Emerald Place will pay for the digitizing of material as a donation. Pat Slattery posed a question re: the demo delay at 86 Lakefront, a property owned by Emerald Place. Was it possibly to allow Emerald Place to entertain offers of parting out the property, rather than wait for the demo delay to expire? Chriztine reported that it was At access and it would be out of the area being worked upon at this time. Article for the Ledger on Adaptive Reuse of Town Buildings as written by Pat Slattery for insertion into the Lunenburg Ledger was presented, but Chriztine had to "red pencil" it, so we did not make the deadline. Elections were held for positions on the Commission: Chair - Chriztine Foltz Vice Chair - Becky Lantry - Secretary - Vera McCarthy Next meeting, November 1, 2010 Meeting adjourned @ 8PM Respectfully submitted, Vera McCarthy, Secretary RECEIVED & FILED OCT 18 2011 LUNENBURG TOWN CLERK OFFICE
