CALL to ORDER: 
 
EXECUTIVE SESSION: 
- Executive Session pursuant to Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 30A, § 21 (a)(1) to 
discuss a complaint brought against the public body (Open Meeting Law Complaint filed by 
Karin Menard against the Commission dated March 8, 2024), whereas discussion of this 
matter in open session would have a detrimental effect on the Commission’s position (and 
the Chair so declares it) and to reconvene in open session to vote to approve and/or 
delegate the same.
