1. Open Meeting - Meeting was opened at 6:32 p.m.
2. Nominate & Vote for Chairperson - tabled until later in the meeting.
3. Set Meeting Schedule - tabled until later in the meeting.
4. Executive Session - Brandon Kibbe made a motion to enter executive session in order to consider
the purchase, exchange, taking, lease or value of real property at 994 Northfield Road as
discussion in open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the
governmental body, to return to public session. Motion was seconded by Ken Jones. A roll call
vote was taken and vote was unanimous to enter executive session. Executive session was
concluded at 7:40 p.m. and regular meeting continued.
2. Nominate & Vote for Chairperson - Paula Bertram made a motion to nominate Brandon Kibbe
as Chair, motion was seconded by Terri Burchfield. Motion passed unanimously.
3. Set Meeting Schedule - The next meeting of the Land Acquisition Committee will be held on
Wednesday, May 1 at 6:00 p.m. at the Ritter Building. A site walk of the property located at 994
Northfield Road was scheduled for Sunday, April 28t at 8:30 a.m. At this point in time the
Committee will meet as needed.
At 7:50 p.m. Paula made a motion to adjourn, motion was seconded by Terri Burchfield. Motion passed
unanimously.
