Motion was seconded by Terri Burchfield. Motion passed unanimously.
Paula made a motion to adjourn executive session and return to regular session, Terri seconded. Roll
call vote was taken, passed unanimously.
The next meeting of the Committee will be May 8, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. Phyllis will post the agenda and
meeting for next Wednesday.
Ken Jones made a motion to approve the regular minutes of April 24, 2019 , Terri seconded. Motion
passed with 1 abstention (Phyllis).
Paula motion to adjourn at 7:08, Phyllis seconded, passed unanimously.
