Trustees of Lunenburg Public Library, Special meeting minutes Sept. 8th, 2020. 
Special joint meeting with Board of Selectman to determine appointment of Laura Boussom to the Library Board of Trustees 
vacancy. 
Remote meeting via conference call and video link. All votes were done by roll call.  Meeting was recorded. 
  
Attending: Kate McCarron, Muir Haman – Director LPL, Bob Conroy, Harry Kubetz, Dick Mailloux, Donna Saiia, Maia Wentrup 
 
The LPLBT meeting was called to order at 7:09 p.m. by Chairperson Harry Kubetz.  
 
 
Public Comment 
• No public comment. 
o Harry did a roll call for attendance.  
  
Agenda Items 
• Appointment of Trustee 
o Select board chair Tom Alonzo asked Laura Boussom to introduce herself.  
o Select board and BOT members thanked Laura for her interest and welcomed her to the board.  
o Katey Adams made a motion to appoint Laura, seconded by James Marino. Motion passed unanimously by 
both boards. 
 
• Adjourn 
o Motion to adjourn by Kate, seconded by Bob. Meeting was adjourned at 7:16 p.m.
