LUNENBURG 300TH ANNIVERSARY MINUTES - JUNE 29, 2026
MEMBERS PRESENT: Bill Tyler, Jeanne Dupre, Paulette Beardmore, Michelle Belleza, Cathy Clark, 
Dawn Johnson, Debbie Lincoln, Chris Sullivan, Renee Emkey, Liaison
MEMBERS ABSENT: Laura Bzozoski, Lois Filiau, Maura Lizek
The meeting was brought to order at 7:01.
Cathy Clark is interested in banners to go over streets and will talk with Joeci Gilchrest.
Dawn requested a pictured of the 2013 road sign:
As to the 501C3, Michelle suggested looking into Bloomerang. Renee will talk with the Town 
Manager about creating a Friends of group. No one from the current Committee could be on it.
Colleen Shapiro was mentioned as a good candidate for the group.
June 1st minutes were approved.
Pyrotechnico First Night Fireworks - some reluctance was expressed to having fireworks on school 
grounds. Bill will get on School Committee agenda and Chris will get on Parks Department agenda.
The Bonfire is on private property, so not subject to some of the town rules.
Parade:
Can we get the 2027 Homecoming floats to feature a 300th theme?
Debbie will prepare a letter to go out to car clubs, bands, organizations
Calendar candidates approved and Debbie will contact
Compare coin from 2003 mounted in lucite to one for $2.55/side
Birthday cake to be displayed on the Ritter lawn.

	 Assign events
