6. OverUnder / Lunenburg Discussion Summary – Aug 19, 2025 
● 40Y and 40R exist for the town to help towns build more dense housing was discussed 
● Committee feedback was discussed about the spreadsheet with different committee 
○ Requestors will follow up with appropriate committees 
○ Requestor will send another email to the appropriate committees 
7. Review any new committee’s feedback on recommendation draft 
● Review feedback and send to Kim from different 
● What method for implementation 
● Hazard mitigation plan discussed 
○ Need to be re done 
8. Next steps of Master Plan – info session, special town meeting 
● Info session at smokestack roasters discussed and good to go to start planning
