Meeting was fully remote via Zoom/recorded 
 
Members Present:

Meeting was called to order at 7:30 P .M. by Chairman Toohill 
Attendance of members present was taken by roll call vote

Minutes Approval: 
C. Shipiro motioned to approve minutes from the June 9, 2025 joint meeting with planning 
board. 
C St.Germain seconded the motion. 
 
Members present voted unanimously in favor of approving minutes by roll call. 
 
Reports from other boards 
No reports  
 
Open Space Plan Update 
Open space plan extended to June 2029 
 
222 West Townsend Road Right of First Refusal: 
Open Space Committee makes a recommendation to the select board to not exercise its 
right of first refusal.  Motioned by M Toohill, seconded by C Shapiro. 
Members present voted unanimously in favor of approving minutes by roll call. 
 
Citizen Comments: 
None 
 
Town Master Plan: 
Town has asked Open Space committee to weigh in on certain questions that apply to 
Open Space.

Members instructed to review questions in spreadsheet and bring comments and feedback 
to the next meeting.
