Approval of Minutes 
• Tim Willsmer made a motion to approve the meeting minutes from February.
• The motion was seconded by Colleen Shapiro.
• The minutes were unanimously approved.
Bylaw Process Update 
• Ana Lockwood reported that she has not yet received feedback regarding the
bylaws.
• Mike provided an update noting he received positive feedback from the Selectboard.
• The process is expected to move forward.
Topics 
ROFR – 1083 Northfield Rd 
• Tim Willsmer expressed confusion regarding the timing of this item, noting that the
Notice of Intent (NOI) has already been presented to the Conservation Commission.
• Chris St. Germain stated that he does not see significant value in the property.
• Tim Willsmer made a motion to not act on exercising the Right of First Refusal
(ROFR).
• The motion was seconded by Chris St. Germain.
• The motion was unanimously approved.
Adjournment 
• A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Colleen Shapiro.
