Meeting convened at 7 o’clock, Present at the Meeti ng: Commissioners Bob Robuccio and Mike Masciarelli. 
Pete McCauliff, John Londa 
 
 
Minutes approved for 5/8 meeting. 
 
 
 
Turf Field Fee Structure: 
 
 
Mike reviewed other facility fees such as Doyle Field and Progin Park. 
 
Doyle Field usage fee $150./Hr 
Progin Park $155/Hr for Turf Field  $125/Hr for Grass Field 
 
 
John Londa explained the schools facility fee structure also. All helpful information as we move forward. 
 
Other: 
 
Pete McCauliff came to the commission for approval to move the High School Football score board down to the 
Turf Field. Commission voted 2-0 to approve the move. As of today 8/28 the score board has been installed and 
hooked up. The electricity to the facility is not on due to the new school construction, so unable to verify its 
function. No problems are anticipated.
