Call to Order
Meeting convened at 7:00pm. In attendance were:
Commissioners: Mike Masciarelli and Corinne Scouten
DPW Director: Jack Rodriquenz
The Finance Committee subsequently convened their meeting. In attendance were:
Mark Erickson, Chairman, Teresa Burchfield, John Henshaw, Karin Menard
Kerry Speidel, Town Manager

Discussion Regarding Turf Field Fees
The Finance Committee chair and members engaged in conversation with the Parks
Commissioners regarding history and future plans for collection of fees for the use of the Turf
Field. Concerns about the upcoming reconditioning and its cost were voiced by the Finance
Committee. Concerns were also voiced regarding our other properties and fields and what
expenses they may incur in the future.
The Parks Commission assured the Finance Committee that research and review has begun and
that we will be meeting soon to address these items.
