MINUTES
Members present: Anita Scheipers, Karin Menard, Colleen Shapiro, and Christopher Sullivan
Absent: none
Meeting to order at 2:30 PM and A. Scheipers read “This meeting is being broadcast live and digitally recorded.” 
Discussion and V ote: Municipal Employee Rate for Town Beach Passes.
 
K. Menard said there had been a request through the Facilities Director to add a rate for Municipal Employees.  
C. Sullivan asked if that included School Personnel. A. Scheipers said it would and K. Menard agreed.
Commission discussed current rate structure for residential rates. C. Sullivan asked how difficult it would be to 
verify employee status. K. Menard thought that would be something for the Recreation Director to work 
through the details on but it may be as easy as requesting employees to register for a pass with their town email 
address. 
C. Sullivan motioned and K. Menard second to approve a Municipal Rate that matches the Residential Rate.
