Meeting Minutes 
Lunenburg Town Beach - 265 Prospect St. Lunenburg 
1)C. Sullivan called the meeting to order at 6:57pm. Present: Chris Sullivan, Karin Menard, Tanya Dall, 
Marianne Mascari, Recreation Director Krista Deveau.  Absent: Dan Burns 
2)Board & Public Comment - C. Sullivan thanked Marianne Mascari for organizing the beach house 
dedication. 
3)Town Beach Closing Date - C. Sullivan asked the group for feedback for closing date of the Town Beach. K. 
Menard raised concerns around staff availability and recommended August 23rd. T. Dall raised concerns that 
the Beach Director was not available after the 23rd and pointed out that it seemed only our teen life guards 
were available. Chris shared the same concerns.  
T. Dall motioned and M. Mascari seconded to close the beach for the season on August 23rd. Approved 4-0. 
4) Upcoming Meeting Dates - August 26, 2026 
5) Other Business - none 
6)Adjournment - M. Mascari motioned to adjourn at 7:20. T. Dall seconded. Approved 4-0.
