Scott Chase, Committee Vice-Chair, called meeting to order at 6:25 p.m.
Ongoing/Current Business
1. Reviewed and approved Minutes from May, August & November meetings
2. Approved appointment of sewer commission employee
3. Personnel Action Forms - None
4. Discussed role of Personnel Committee with Town Manager, Heather Lemieux. Heather would
like more time to decide how she would like to use the Personnel Committee.
5. Heather will provide a list of priorities that the Personnel Committee can assist with
6. Scott will look at list of volunteers
7. Article to add Board Clerk/Secretary - grade 6 to the grid. This was approved by the former
Town Manager, Kerry La Fleur. Heather was approved to write the Article for Town Meeting.
Nancy will provide Lin with missing positions.
