New Business
Building Commissioner SAP Step Adjustment
H. Lemieux requested the committee meet to approve an adjustment in the pay step process
established in the SAP for a permanent candidate in the Building Commissioner role. Her
proposal was to move to step 7 in Grade 16 rather than using step 1. This is supported by the
candidate's experience, the recent committee approval to move role to Grade 16 and the
difficulty the town has had in filling this role.
Motion by S. Chase: Approve recommendation to offer new Building Commissioner at Level 16
Step 7. This recommendation will now go to Board of Selectman for final authorization to hire.
