Julie Belliveau, Asst. Town Manager/HR Director 
Meeting Began at 5:00pm with all attendee's online; Eric Arnold presiding as Chairman 
Approval of Minutes: 
Minutes of the September 15, 2020 meeting reviewed 
Motion by J. Bilotta to accept and approve the minutes as presented; Second D. MacDonald 
Roll Call Vote:  All in Favor 
New Business: 
Review of Revised Job Description for DPW Director 
J. Belliveau presented an updated job description for the DPW Director.  A few minor changes were 
recommended and the committee agreed it better reflected the current responsibilities of this role. 
Motion by D. MacDonald to accept and approve the job description with the few changes noted.  
Second: D. Fortune 
Roll Call Vote:  All in Favor 
D. MacDonald recommended that the Town Manager extend our thanks and best wishes to Jack 
Rodriquenz on his retirement. 
Motion by E. Arnold to request that the Town Manager extend our thanks and best wishes to J. 
Rodriquenz on his retirement, October 30, 2020.  Second:  D. Fortune
