Meeting Began at 5:00pm with all attendee's online; Eric Arnold presiding as Chairman 
Approval of Minutes: 
Minutes of the September 28, 2020 meeting reviewed 
Motion by D. MacDonald to accept and approve the minutes as presented; Second E. Arnold 
Roll Call Vote:  All in Favor 
New Business: 
Approval of Personnel Action Form for Director of Public Works 
J. Belliveau outlined the recent recruitment process for the Towns Director of Public Works, candidates, 
experiences, compensation comparisons to other towns our size and final selection process of the final 
four candidates.  She recommended that the selected candidate, given his extensive experience and 
background be offered the role in Grade 16 Step 5.  The group reviewed this recommendation, and 
comparability to other similar roles.  All agreed that the process had resulted in the selection of an 
exceptional candidate. 
Motion by J. Bilotta to accept the recommendation of the Town Manager and HR Director to offer the 
role at step 5 of Grade 16.
