E. Arnold called the meeting to order at 5:03 pm  
 
Public Comment: 
There was no public comment from the committee or the public 
 
Approval of Minutes: 
Minutes of the March 28, 2022 meeting were reviewed and approved as submitted. 
 
Motion by J. Bilotta to accept and approve the minutes of the March 28, 2022 meeting 
Second:  W. Bertrand 
Roll Call Vote: All in Favor 
 
New Business: 
New Hire Form –   Julie Belliveau presented a request to hire a new DPW Director at a higher step 
in Grade 16.  Recruitment for this position began on around February 17th. Three applicants were 
interviewed. The recommended applicant has 7 years of public works experience and over 30 years 
of experience in engineering. 
 
Motion by E. Arnold to accept the recommendation of the HR Director and hire this candidate as 
the next Director of Public Works at Grade 16 step 7.

updating this document.
