 E. Arnold opened the Meeting at 5:47pm with members noted in attendance 
 
Absent: Wendy Bertrand, Joanna Bilotta 
 
Public Comment: 
There were no comments from committee, nor from the Public 
 
Approval of Minutes: 
Minutes of the July 25, 2022 meeting were presented and reviewed. 
Motion by D. Fortune to accept and approve the minutes of the July 25, 2022 meeting as presented

New Business 
J. Belliveau presented a request for new hire appr oval for the COA Meal Site Manager, reporting 
to the COA Director.  S. Doherty, COA Director, explained the recent changes in how this role had 
expanded to include more meal planning, budgeting and preparing, than was done in the past. The 
recommendation is to make an offer as a Grade 5 Step 4, to support the candidates experience and 
to balance that against the other members of that staff. 
 
Motion by S. Andrews to accept the recommendation of the HR Director and hire the candidate at 
Grade 5 step 4

Next Meeting: 
Proposed the next scheduled meeting be September 12th, with meeting beginning at 6:30pm to 
accommodate member’s needs.
