J. Bilotta opened the Meeting at 6:21pm with members noted in attendance 
 
Public Comment: 
There were no comments from committee members, nor the public 
 
Approval of Minutes: 
Minutes of the September 26, 2023 meeting were not available for review. 
 
Ongoing Business 
None 
 
New Business 
Bill Bernard reviewed the potential hiring of a Seasonal Cemetery Laborer that was a candidate.  He felt the 
candidate had more experience than they usually found for these roles and suggested that this candidate 
should be hire in at Grade 4 step 3.  He has two openings for this type role and it is a part time role up to 19 
hours weekly.  J. Belliveau also recommended this request be approved as the references came back very 
supportive and the candidate had previously worked in a similar role in Lowell. 
S. Andrews made a motion to accept the recommendation of the Assistant Town Manager/HR Director to 
make this current hire into Grade 4 Step 3.
