Chair opened the Public Hearing Continuation with the reading of the notice published in the Sentinel and Enterprise April 28 and
May 5, 2014. The Hearing is to hear and discuss a plan under Section 5.6. Cluster Development and a Development Plan
Review under Section 8.4. of the Protective Bylaw of the Town of Lunenburg. The application is to construct sixty-six (66)
dwelling units off the south side of Northfield Road between Massachusetts Avenue (Map 057, Parcel 0031) and Northfield Road
(Map 037, Parcel 0009). Owners are John & David Saliba, 227 Lewis Wharf, Boston, MA 02110 and Robert Leverone, Trustee,
Lunenburg Nominee Trust, 880 Winter Street, Suite 340, Waltham, MA 02451. Applicant is ForesTech Energy LLC, 46 Prince
Street, PO Box 5515, Beverly, MA 01915. Copies are on file in the Planning Office. Notice of said hearing will be duly posted in
the usual posting places.
As both the reviewing engineer and the project engineer are still working on the plans and not yet ready to present to the Board,
the hearing was recessed to June 9, 2014. Time to be determined.
