TOWN OF LUNENBURG 
PUBLIC HEARING 
 
The Lunenburg Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on March 23, 2015, 6:35 PM,  
Joseph Bilotta Meeting Room, Town Hall, 17 Main Street, Lunenburg, MA 01462 to amend 
the Protective Bylaw of the Town of Lunenburg by adding to Section 5.2. Setbacks and 
Yards a new Subsection 5.2.5.1.e) “Village Center District ” defining the District 
dimensional requirements, and amend Section 8.4. Development Plan Review, Subsection 
8.4.2.1.a) to add after Retail Commercial District “and  Village Center District ”.  Copies 
are on file in the Planning Office. Notice of said hearing will be duly posted in the usual 
posting places.
