Avenue, owner Stone Farms Estates Condominium, 748 Massachusetts Avenue , 
Lunenburg, MA, 01462 from Commercial to Limited Business/Residential.  Copies are on 
file in the Planning Office. Notice of said hearing will be duly posted in the usual posting
