The Hearing continuation was to make alterations to Code of the Town of Lunenburg, Chapter 250: Zoning, Article
IV, Use Regulations, Article VII, Administration, 250-8.3., Board of Appeals, and amend the Zoning Map by taking the
land adjacent to the east side of Townsend Harbor Road in the Retail Commercial District and reassigning it to the
Commercial District. Notices were sent to abutting towns, cities, agencies and Town departments.
dated Articles, as a result of the March 26th inital Public Hearing, were provided to the Board. A. Burney also met
what was approved by the Board and § 250-2.1. A footnote will be added at the end of the Use Table stating that the
Definitions in 250-4.1. will prevail.
The Board's definition of kennel will be revised to be in agreement with the Town's General Bylaw.
Edits will be made to the Use Regulations, Overlay Districts, and Solar and Registered Marijuana Dispensaries
Articles as a result of tonight's Hearing.
A. Burney will prepare handouts for May Town Meeting outlining the purpose of the changes.
David Passios, 56 Whiting Street-commended the Board for all its work on the Bylaws.
K. Chenis made a motion to close the Hearing, seconded by M. Allison, all aye.
