Board Chair announced that member Rhonda Lisio resigned effective immediately.

MINUTES APPROVAL, 07/22/19:  G. Bittner made Motion to approve, T. Cole Seconded, all aye. 
 
COMMITTEE REPORTS:   
Capital Planning Committee- no meeting 
Storm Water Task Force-    working on public outreach 
Agricultural Commission-    no meeting 
Open Space Ad Hoc Committee-  meeting scheduled for end-August 
Land Acquisition Committee-  possible meeting in September 
Green Community Task Force-  no report 
MRPC- no report 
MJTC-    no report 
 
PUBLIC HEARING: UNITIL-  see separate minutes 
 
EARTH REMOVAL:  The Board discussed both the draft Bylaw and draft Rules and Regulations.  Some of the topics of concern 
were weekend hours of operation , amount of cubic years that could be removed/replaced, to include how it relates to 
residential/commercial properties.  Slope standards were included in the restoration.  Discussion will continue at the September 
9th meeting. 
 
MASTER PLAN:   Tabled awaiting grant approval 
 
MASTER PLAN, Request for Proposal- See “Master Plan” above 
 
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT/ECONOMIC DEV ELOPMENT COMMITTEE:   The Planning Board discussed the creation of an 
economic development committee.  They viewed the Charge previously created by the Town Manager, but not put into action  by 
the Select Board.  Changes were discussed.  Discussion will continue at the August 26th Board meeting.
