Planning Board meeting called to order at 7:14 PM for joint meeting with the Select Board to appoint to a Planning  Board 
vacancy, effective until May 2020 Town election. 
 
Both Boards were in receipt of a Talent Bank form from Marisa Thompson, 11 Francis Avenue, Lunenburg.  
 
M. Allison made Motion to appoint Marisa Thompson to the Board vacancy, G. Bittner Seconded, Rol l Call Vote - M. 
Allison, aye; G. Bittner, aye; T. Cole, aye; P. Bertram, aye; D. McQuaid, aye; K. Adams, aye; M. Jeffreys, aye.  Vote 
passed 7-0. 
 
G. Bittner made Motion to adjourn, T. Cole Seconded, all aye.
