The Hearing, via Zoom video conference, was to hear and make al terations to Code of the Town of Lunenburg, MA , Chapter 
325, Subdivision Regulations, Article III, Procedures for Submission and Approval of Plans, Section 325 -3.2. Plan Believe d Not 
To Require Approval and a portion of Section 325 Schedule O. Forms.  
 
The Board was in possession of the red -lined draft Section 325 - 3.2., Plan Believed Not to Require Approval along with Form A 
application packet.  The amended 325- 3.2. clarified items required on the plan, removed the requirement for a certified abutters’ 
list, required utility features and driveways to be annotated on the plan, along with septics, wells and driveways. The Board of 
Health form, contained in the application packet, was altered to provide more information back to the Planning Board.   
 
P. Bertram made Motion to close the hearing, M. Brenner Seconded, Roll Call Vote - P. Bertram, aye; M. Brenner, aye; E. 
Torgersen, aye; M. Allison, aye.  Vote passed 4-0.
