Paula Bertram participated remotely under the Act relative to extending certain COVID -19 measures adopted during the state of 
emergency.   
Absent:  Tanner Cole, Matthew Brenner 
 
The Hearing continuation was to hear and review an application for a stormwater management permit under Chapter 204 of the 
Code of the Town of Lunenburg  for 97 Cross Street, 125 Cross Street, 430  Mulpus Road and 440 Mulpus Road.  (Map 014, 
Parcels 0005, 0003, 0002, 0004 respectively) , owner/applicant Harbor Classic Homes, LLC, 493 Lancaster Street, Leominster, 
MA  01453.  
 
Representing the owner/applicant Ron Koivu, Harbor Classic Homes was  Brian Marchetti, McCarty Engineering, Inc.   
Subsequent to the initial hearing on December 13, 2021, final plans revised to January 3, 2022, were submitted to Graves 
Engineering, Inc. for review.  Those plans were reviewed and a review letter issued on January 4,  2022.   
 
P. Bertram made Motion to close the hearing, E. Torgersen Seconded, passed unanimously.
