The Hearing continuation was to hear and review an application for a stormwater management permit under Chapter 204 of the 
Code of the Town of Lunenburg  for six lots at 245 Holman Street . Applicant- Harbor Classic Homes, LLC, Leominster, MA.  
Owner- Bray Ave 9, LLC, Leominster, MA.   
 
The applicant was represented  by Brian Marchetti, McCarty Engineering  (MEI).  The applicant previously met with the Board on 
June 27th.  At that time, as a result of the June 23, 2022 review letter of Graves Engineering, Inc. (GEI), a rain garden was added 
to Lot 5 to provide for phos phorus removal.  The other issue was the common driveway for Lots 3 and 4.  An ANR Plan was filed 
which split the lot lines with a common driveway ; the  ANR Plan was constructively approved.  M. Brenner made Motion to 
close the Hearing for Northfield Road and Holman Street Stormwater Permit, A. Reid Seconded, passed unanimously.
