Amanda Reid and Erik Torgersen participated remotely under the OML Simple Extension Legislation . 
 
The Hearing was for a modification to a stormwater permit under  Chapter 204 of the Code of the Town of Lunenburg  for Lots 3 
and 4, 245 Holman Street, Lunenburg, MA.   Owner- Bray Ave 9 LLC, 493 Lancaster Street, Leominster, MA.  Applicant - Harbor 
Classic Homes, 493 Lancaster Street, Leominster, MA.   
 
Application presented by Brian Marchetti , McCarty Engineering.  The Modification was for the driveway on Lots 3 and 4.  The 
rain garden was just inside the 30 foot no touch and the driveway just inside the 50 foot no structure.  The lot line was shifted 
nine feet and the driveway and rain garden  shifted also to be outside the 30 foot no touch and 50 foot no structure.  Peer 
reviewer Jeff Walsh indicated via electronic mail that he did not have any issue with the proposed change.
