Place:  Town Hall, 17 Main Street, Lunenburg, MA   
Time:  7:30 p.m. 
 
Present:  Matthew Allison, Matthew Brenner, Amanda Reid, Adam Burney 
Absent:  Erik Torgersen 
Also Present:  Select Board members Tom Alonzo, Louis Franco, Todd Dwyer, Heather Sroka 
Michael-Ray Jeffreys participated remotely under the OML Simple Extension Legislation.  
 
Call To Order:  The Planning Board joint meeting with the Select Board was called to order at 7:30 p.m. 
 
Joint Interview/Appointment By Select Board and Planning Board to Planning Board of Timothy Willsmer, 762 Northfield 
Road- Timothy Willsmer, prospective Planning Board member, appeared before the Board at its meeting of November 28, 2022.  
At that time, T. Willsmer noted his background with MassDOT.  Both the Planning Board and the Select Board expressed interest 
in T. Willsmer joining the Board.   
 
H. Sroka made Motion for Tim Willsmer  to join the Planning Board until the next Town election in May 2023, T. Dwyer 
Seconded, Roll Call Vote- H. Sroka, aye; T. Dwyer, aye; L. Franco, aye; M. Jeffreys, aye; T. Alonzo, aye; M. Brenner, aye; 
A. Reid, aye; M. Allison, aye.  Motion Passed 8-0-0.   
 
T. Alonzo indicated to T. Willsmer that he needed to get sworn in at the Town Clerk’s office. 
 
ADJOURNMENT:  M. Brenner made Motion to adjourn, A. Reid Seconded, Roll Call Vote- M. Brenner, aye; A. Reid, aye; 
M. Allison, aye; passed unanimously.
