Absent: Erik Torgersen The Hearing was to hear and review a modification to a site plan approval under Chapter 250 of the Code of the Town of Lunenburg for site signage at 475 Leominster Shirley Road . Owner/applicant BP Lunenburg Fee Owner LLC, 100 Grandview Road, Suite 203, Braintree, MA. The owner/applicant was represented by Bill Hannigan, Hannigan Engineering, Inc., 8 Monument Square, Leominster, MA. Also present were John Brennan of BP Lunenburg Fee Owner LLC and Jack Floyd from ViewPoint Sign and Awning. During the site plan review process the on -site traffic signage was roughly laid out. Final signage was not laid out relative to tenant space, docking, and the mo nument sign for the entrance. The Board was in possession of plans which showed the entrance monument sign, visitor entrance signs, truck deliv ery, docks and exit signs. The monument sign, located at the front right of the building, was ninety ( 90’) feet from the side property line and twenty-nine and a half (29 ½’) feet from the front property line. M. Brenner made Motion to close the publi c hearing, T. Willsmer Seconded, Roll Call Vote - A. Reid, aye; T. Willsmer, aye; M. Brenner, aye; M. Allison, aye. Passed unanimously.
