PACC Meeting Minutes 
Aug 3, 2020 
Roll call: 
1. Meeting called to order at 6:06pm. 
2. PACC members present were Jeff Bajko, Steve Walker, Faith Beall, Peter Lincoln, and Steve 
Archambault. 
Public Comments: 
1. Meeting is being conducted over zoom due to Covid-19.  All protocols are being followed. 
2. Discussions of meeting in person.  No decision was made.  An email will be sent out in two weeks and 
will decide to meet in person or over zoom.   
Review and approve meeting minutes from Jan 7 2020. 
1. Minutes were not sent out so not approval was voted on.    
Manager’s update: 
1. Graduation was recorded live and there was a problem.  The live stream kept losing audio.  The encoder 
may need to be replaced.  PAC will look into it.  A new recorder will be ordered up to $1000.  
2. The town hall will be set up for zoom hybrid meetings.  Should be set up soon and ready to be tested.  A 
special monitor and computer was ordered. 
3. The news is back and will be broadcast soon. 
4. Old town concerts are being played Monday nights since the concerts are cancelled.  
5. Background music for $7500 per year.  Two more quotes will be researched.  
6. The Library is looking to work with PAC. (Story time, etc.)  Still working out condi tions. 
7. Talking baseball is being downloaded by eighteen towns 
8. FY20 budget is up to date up to July.  Ending balance is $749, 864. 95.  Closes out the fiscal year. 
9. Ending balance without the comcast fund is $582,568.94. 
10. Starting balance for FY21 will be updated for next meeting. 
11. Expenses:  Town hall hybrid zoom equipment. 
Studio space discussion. 
1. Steve and Jo received emails from the architect for the studio space.  Have not received a response from 
the building reuse committee chair.   
2. Steve pulled together all of our suggestions and put it together for the architect. The committee went 
over the suggestions and will review and approve at next meeting.
