April 5, 2021 PACC Meeting 
 
Roll call: 
1. Meeting called to order at 6:03pm. 
2. PACC members present were Jeff Bajko, Steve Walker, Peter Lincoln,  
3. Excused Steve Archambault, Faith Beal 
4. Non-members: Jo McLaughlin 
 
Public Comments: 
1. None 
 
Review and approve meeting minutes. 
1. Minutes have been reviewed and approved 
 
Manager’s update: 
• Covered the green leaf mechanical hearing was recorded. 
• Hybrid meeting by zoom to record town meetings. A new monitor was added  
• A person requested to record the town water meeting and will be recorded in the future.  
• Football games are being recorded. Two have been recorded so far.  
• Two videographers’ will be hired. 
• A senior wants to do a project on recycling with PAC. 
• Eric Foster is putting together an interview kit. 
• Battleship cove was added to channel 9. 
• One new program was added this month. 
• 28% local produce programming. 
• PACC calendar was presented and reviewed. 
• April will include more football games and talking baseball.  
• Comcast payment was received in Feb. 
• Ending balance for March is $803,261.01 
• Carrie is transferring the indirect cost not used in FY21 $31,182.43 will go back into the 
revenue account. 
TCP Architect: 
1. No update.   
2. New studio options.
