PACC	Meeting	Minutes		 Monday,	June	6,	2022	 	TC	Passios	School,	Room	11	Lunenburg,	MA	Roll	call:	1. Meeting	was	called	to	order	at	5:04	pm.	2. PACC	members	present:		a. Steve	Walker,	Steve	Archambault,	Paul	Sarapas.	b. Faith	Beall	–	via	Zoom.			3. Absent	–	Peter	Lincoln		Public	Comments:	-	None		Committee	Comments:		• S.Walker	welcomed	P.Sarapas	to	committee	&	reviewed	committee’s	role,	background	&	responsibilities.				Communications:	• S.Archambault	will	send	the	Select	Board’s	volunteer	invite	to	P.Sarapas.		Appointment	of	Clerk:	• Motion	to	appoint	S.Archambault	as	clerk	(F.Beall,	2nd	P.Sarapas),	passed		Approval	of	Minutes:	• May	2nd	minutes	approved	(F.Beall,	2nd	S.Archambault),	passed	• Abstained	-	P.Sarapas			Manager’s	update:	1. Brian	Hebert	is	almost	finished	with	his	first	project	2. Newly	painted	chairs	in	the	studio	3. Problem	with	live	broadcast	audio	on	5/19	FinCom.		Loose	cable	(dead	bird	in	control	room).		Fixed	by	Dan	Nadareski	and	Dan	Seminatore.		Worked	with	CASTUS	to	see	if	it	may	have	been	a	system	problem.	4. Added	YouTube	stream	of	Anglican	Mass	on	Ch9,	Sundays	at	10am.		Worked	with	CASTUS.	5. Recorded	Memorial	Day	Ceremony,	LHS	Graduation,	LMS	Spring	Concert,	Eagle	House	Trivia	6. Ordered	new	table	mics	and	HDMI	splitters	7. Have	(3)	Production	Technician	candidates.		Waiting	for	interview	schedule.	8. New	MassAccess	Telvue	affiliate	downloading	Storytime	–	Minuteman	Network,	Concord	MA	9. In	process	of	ordering	a	digital	audio	recorder	10. Working	with	Andrea	Laford	on	old	bulletin	issue	11. Budget	Report	March	ending	balance	-	$861,051.33		Future	Studio	Space:

• S.Walker	updated	P.Sarapas	on	future	studio	space	background	and	current	status.	• Options	continue	to	be	discussed.		Future	is	still	uncertain.		Adjournment:	1.
