PACC	Meeting	Minutes		 Monday,	October	3,	2022		Suldonik	Conference	Room,	Lunenburg	Town	Library	Lunenburg,	MA	Roll	call:	1. Meeting	was	called	to	order	at	6:06	pm.	2. PACC	members	present:		a. Steve	Walker,	Pete	Lincoln,	Steve	Archambault,	Faith	Beall,	Paul	Sarapas	(via	zoom)	3. Manager:	Jo	McLaughlin		Public	Comments:	-	None		Committee	Comments:		• P.Sarapus	asked	if	there	was	a	PAC	policy	covering	the	use	of	drones.	Subject	was	tabled	and	will	be	added	to	the	November	Agenda.		Communications:		None		Approval	of	Minutes:		• September	12	minutes	approved	(P.Lincoln,	2nd	F.Beall),	passed		Manager’s	update:	1. New	MacBooks	were	ordered	and	have	arrived	2. Looking	into	creating	an	apple	business	account	to	purchase	software	tax	free	3. External	Hard	Drives	are	still	pending	4. Ordered	wireless	transceivers	to	wirelessly	input	meeting	presentations	and	electronic	town	meeting	votes	5. Interviewing	for	2	new	videographers	6. Updated	ARPA	proposal	–	deleted	wireless	transceivers	&	adjusted	amount	7. Lunenburg	Homecoming	Football	game	will	be	recorded	8. There	were	2	CASTUS	issues	a. Glitch	with	internal	clock	creating	multiple	files	(resolved)	b. Glitch	uploading	files	to	CASTUS.	CASTUS	has	updated	software	9. Program	update	a. Covid	updates	were	created	b. St.	Boniface	Octoberfest	c. Whalom	Collaborate	presentation	10. 	Town	requested	information	for	a	Fraud	survey	11. Current	September	ending	balance	-	$917,740.51	12. School	Committee	has	requested	to	do	hybrid	meeting	as	they	want	to	live	stream	from	the	HS	Warrant	Discussion:		• No	action.	As	a	warrant	was	not	needed.
