PACC	Meeting	Minutes		 Monday,	August	5,	2024		Sudolnik	Conference	Room,	Lunenburg	Town	Library	Lunenburg,	MA	Roll	call:	1. Meeting	was	called	to	order	at	6:03	pm.	2. PACC	members	present:	Steve	Walker,	Pete	Lincoln.	Faith	Beall,		3. Excused	Absence:	Steve	Archambault,	Paul	Sarapas	4. Manager:	Jo	Toale		Public	Comments:	-		• None		Committee	Comments:	-		• P.Lincoln	expressed	concern	about	the	accuracy	of	PACC	term	limits.	• P.Lincoln	mentioned	that	P.Sarapas	would	be	moving	in	the	near	future.		Communications:			• None	 Approval	of	Minutes:		• 7-1-2024	minutes	approved		• (motion	–	P.Lincoln,	2nd	F.Beall),	passed		Manager’s	update:		• Eric	has	been	working	on	the	new	studio	set-up,	which	is	90%	complete.	ATEM	switcher	and	cameras	are	set-up	and	pre-sets	for	TB	and	Storytime	are	being	worked	on.	• CASTUS	backed	up	all	of	the	FY	2024	meeting	and	will	clear	them	out.	• Jo	met	with	the	interim	town	manager	to	discuss	the	PAC	stations	and	invited	him	to	watch	a	filming	of	TB.	• Jo	is	planning	for	coverage	of	football	games.	• Still	waiting	for	the	3rd	quote	for	the	Bilotta	project	and	we	now	need	to	ask	for	updates	to	the	1st	two	quotes.	• Jo	received	the	April/May/June	interest	and	May	Comcast	payments.	Still	needs	FY24	final	balance	and	FY25	beginning	balance	from	Ezequiel.	• Received	video	from	Pepperell	PAC	on	the	closing	of	Nashoba	Hospital	and	put	it	on	YouTube.	• There	was	a	surge	of	160	Storytime	views	on	our	YouTube	channel.	• Received	a	bill	for	$2,830.19	from	CASTUS	for	service,	maintenance	and	static	stream	keys.	• Jo	received	two	emails	from	the	LHS	Athletic	Director	asking	PAC	to	share	cost	of	Hudi	services.	• Motion	(F.Beall,	2nd	P.Lincoln),	for	Jo	to	explain	to	the	AD	that	it	is	PAC’s	policy	to	not	pay	for	equipment	or	services	related	to	program	content.		Master	Plan	Steering	Committee	report:	P.	Lincoln	• P.Lincoln	will	attend	the	next	MPSC	meeting.

Enterprise	fund	status:		• Jo	will	be	meeting	with	the	town’s	treasury.		FY’25	Meeting	Dates:	• FY25	PACC	meetings	will	continue	to	held	on	the	1st	Monday,	at	6	pm,	when	possible.		Next meeting: - September 9, 6:00 pm.
