PACC	Meeting	Minutes		 Monday,	December	2,	2024		Eagle	House,	Lunenburg,	MA	Roll	call:	1. Meeting	was	called	to	order	at	6:02	pm.	2. PACC	members	present:	Steve	Walker,	Pete	Lincoln,	Steve	Archambault,	Faith	Beall	(via	zoom)	3. Manager:	Jo	Toale		Public	Comments:	-		• None		Committee	Comments:	-		• None		Communications:			• S.Walker	was	asked	by	the	Municipal	Building	Design	Committee	to	provide	information	on	new	studio	requirements.	 Approval	of	Minutes:		• 11-4-2024	motion	to	accept	as	amended	(S.Archambault,	2nd	P.Lincoln,	)	passed			Manager’s	update:		• Audio	Upgrade	complete	in	the	Bilotta	room.	Tested.	Ockers	will	be	back	to	tweek	the	control	panel	later	in	the	month.	Complete	success.	• Trained	videographers	on	the	new	audio	system.	• Started	recording	Lunenburg	Basketball.	• Working	on	final	list	for	ARPA	equipment.	• Working	on	Program	submission	policy.	• Getting	new	carpet	for	studio,	Reviewing	options	on	12/3.	• $3,000	left	in	ARPA	funds,	must	be	spent	by	Dec.	31st.	• Balance	$1,036,984.00	• Program	analysis:	63%	local	–	would	like	to	be	at	70%.		Policy	Review:	• Draft	Program	Policy	passed	out	at	meeting.	Discussed	details.	• Motion	(S.Archambault,	2nd	F.Beall),	to	send	the	provisional	policy	to	Town	Hall	legal	for	review	–	passed.	Jo	Toale	will	send	it	over.		Master	Plan	Steering	Committee	report:	P.	Lincoln	• P.Lincoln	reported	that	the	committee	has	an	open	meeting	on	12/5	at	the	library.	• 4	surveys	were	sent	out.	The	results	had	no	mention	of	PAC	or	the	Senior	Center.	The	first	focused	on	open	space,	the	second	on	small	stores.		Enterprise	fund	status:		• No	report
