PACC	Special	Meeting	Minutes	Monday,	January	6,	2025	Sudolnik	Conference	Room,	Lunenburg	Town	Library.		Roll	call:	1. Meeting	was	called	to	order	at	6:02	pm.	2. PACC	members	present:	Steve	Walker,	Pete	Lincoln,	Steve	Archambault,		3. Excused:	Faith	Beall	4. Manager:	Jo	Toale		Public	Comments:	-		• None		Committee	Comments:	-		• None		Communications:	-		• None		Minutes:	-		• 12/02/2024	-	motion	to	accept	as	amended		o (P.Lincoln,	2nd	S.Archambault),	passed	• 12/09/2024	-	motion	to	accept	as	amended		o (S.ArchambaultP,	2nd	P.Lincoln),	passed		Manager’s	Report:		• Continuing	to	broadcast	Basketball	games	• Finished	ARPA	spending	• Working	on	the	FY	’26	PAC	budget	• Covered	2	school	concerts	• Recorded	2	“Talk	of	the	Town”	programs	in	December	• Presently	interviewing	videographers	for	open	position	• Comcast	payment	continues	to	decline	• Current	balance	$1,038,818.58	• Program	analysis	–	48	new	programs	–	67%,	would	like	it	to	be	@	70%	+	• December	was	busy,	January	starting	slow	but	is	picking	up	• PACC	Holiday	party	scheduled	for	Jan	16	at	the	studio		FY	’26	Budget:		• S.Walker	received	a	message	from	Town	Hall	that	the	PACC	budget	is	due	Jan.	21st.	• S.Walker	passed	out	a	brief	draft	budget	• Motion	(S.Archambault,	2nd	P.Lincoln),	“To	allow	S.Walker	&	J.Toale	to	create	a	detailed	budget	proposal”	-	passed	• S.walker	requested	a	special	PACC	meeting	for	Jan.	20th	to	go	over	full	budget

Policy	Review:		• J.Toale	submitted	a	policy	statement.	Still	no	word	from	Town	Hall.	She	will	follow	up.		Studio	Space	Update:		• S.Walker	is	invited	to	the	1/7/25	Select	Board	meeting	to	update	PAC’s	space	needs	and	options	• S.Archambault	will	attend	with	information	on	past	“stand	alone”	cost	reports		Master	Plan	Steering	Committee	Report:	• P.Lincoln	has	resigned	from	the	committee	• P.Lincoln	reported	that	currently	the	MPS	Committee	is	non	functioning	group		Enterprise	Fund	Investment	Status:	• No	update	at	this	time				Next meeting: - Feburary 3rd , 2025 6:00 pm.
