Manager:	Jo	Toale		Public	Comments:	-		• None		Committee	Comments:	-		• None		FY	’26	Budget:		• S.Walker	presented	a	FY26	PAC	Budget	overview	spreadsheet.	o Salaries	up	due	to	increase	in	number	of	meetings	covered,	o Went	thru	a	d	discussed	proposed	budget	line	items,	o Went	thru	and	discussed	income	calculation	handout,	o Motion	(P.Lincoln,	2nd	S.Archambault),	to	accept	the	PAC	budget	as	presented	by	S.Walker	–	passed,	• S.Walker	presented	the	PAC	warrant	for	Town	Meeting	o Motion	(S.Archambault,	2nd	P.Lincoln),	to	accept	the	Warrant	as	presented	–	passed		Next meeting: - Feburary 3rd , 2025 6:00 pm.
