PACC	Meeting	Minutes	Monday,	February	3	,	2025	Sudolnik	Conference	Room,	Lunenburg	Town	Library.		Roll	call:	1. Meeting	was	called	to	order	at	6:00	pm.	2. PACC	members	present:	Steve	Walker,	Pete	Lincoln	(zoom),		Steve	Archambault,	Faith	Beall	3. Communications:	-		• None		Minutes:	-		• 1/06/25	-	motion	to	accept	o (F.Beall,	2nd	P.Lincoln),	passed	• 1/20/25	-	motion	to	accept		o (F.Beall,	2nd	P.Lincoln),	passed		Manager’s	Report:		• New	affiliate	–	Madison	NH	• Hired	new	videographer	–	Lili	Marble	• Covering	LHS	Basketball	home	games	on	ed	channel	• Visit	from	former	camera	operator	from	WHDH	• Worked	on	annual	Town	Report	(FY24)	• Worked	on	PAC	Budget	(FY25)	• Worked	on	studio	space	presentation		• Developing	a	new	show	“New	England	Knits”	• Current	balance	$1,023,147.64	• Program	Analysis	–	a	bit	slow	o Added	3	shows	o Picked	up	2	from	MMX	o Basketball	moved	to	ed	channel	• Passed	out	updated	PAC	FY25	Budget	• Passed	out	Town	Report	o S.Walker	requested	that	J.Toale	add	interest	investment	to	financial	report.		FY	’26	Budget:		• S.Walker	presented	budget	to	interim	Town	Manager	(discussion)

o Renegotiating	FY	28	contract	with	Comcast	o Should	warrant	contain	real	numbers?	o Overall	no	objections		Policy	Review:		• Program	submission	policy	was	sent	to	legal.	As	of	last	week	the	attorney	has	not	responded.		Studio	Space	Update:		• S.Archambault	presented	2	possible	private	space	contacts	(tabled)	• S.Walker	presented	latest	information		o Town	is	planning	to	create	a	2	story	space	for	PAC	in	the	new	Town	Hall	o Our	info	was	given	to	architects.	PAC	need	to	check	that	they	have	the	new	information.		o S.Walker	shared	general	info	about	size	and	set	up.			Master	Plan	Steering	Committee	Report:	no	report			Enterprise	Fund	Investment	Status:	• No	update	at	this	time				Next meeting: - March 3rd , 2025 6:00 pm.
