PACC	Meeting	Minutes	Monday,	March	3	,	2025	Sudolnik	Conference	Room,	Lunenburg	Town	Library.		Roll	call:	1. Meeting	was	called	to	order	at	6:04	pm.	2. PACC	members	present:	Steve	Walker,	Pete	Lincoln	(zoom),		Steve	Archambault,	Faith	Beall	3. Manager:	Jo	Toale		Public	Comments:	-		• None		Committee	Comments:	-		• P.Lincoln	asked	S.Walker	if	he	was	able	to	talk	to	the	Select	Board	the	other	night.	S.Walker	attended	the	meeting	in	case	there	were	questions.		Communications:	-		• The	new	Town	Manager	contacted	S.Walker	o Asked	about	the	new	cable	contract	process	and	o Mentioned	that	she	liked	the	PAC	Budget	presentation		Minutes:	-		• Motion	to	accept	the	amended	2/3/2025	minutes	(F.Beale,	2nd	P.Lincoln),	passed.		Manager’s	Report:		o Slow	month	o J.Toale	on	vacation	2/18-2/21	o Lili	Marble	started	in	February.	She	is	doing	live	broadcast	training	at	Town	Hall	and	should	be	up	to	speed	for	solo	work	in	2	or	3	weeks.	o Finished	Basketball	recordings.	o Continue	to	work	on	the	logistics	and	planning	of	the	new	knitting	show.	Expect	to	begin	recording	end	of	March	early	April.	o Attended	the	Open	Meeting	law	webinar	put	on	by	the	State	at	Town	Hall.	o Attended	the	February	Videographer	meeting.	Good	review	of	equipment	and	potential	projects.	o $1,019,924.34	Balance.	Includes	$7,935.74	interest	payment	from	Town	Hall.	o Local	Program	Analysis;	§ Currently	at	67%	(lower	than	last	year).	§ A	sudden	increase	in	both	meetings	numbers	and	meeting	lengths	have	reduced	the	amount	of	time	available	for	staff	to	work	on	other	projects.	§ March	is	busy.

	FY	’26	Budget:		• S.Walker	presented	budget	to	Fin	Com.	They	asked	a	lot	of	questions	and	S.Walker	was	able	to	give	then	good	information.	Town	will	put	PAC	numbers	into	the	warrant	for	town	meeting.		Studio	Space	Update:		• No	formal	update.		S.Walker	attended	a	meeting	with	the	architect	and	the	Select	Board.		Master	Plan	Steering	Committee	Report:	no	report			Enterprise	Fund	Investment	Status:	• No	update	at	this	time				Next meeting: - April 7th, 2025 6:00 pm.
