PACC	Meeting	Minutes	Monday,	August	4,	2025	Sudolnik	Conference	Room,	Lunenburg	Town	Library.		Roll	call:	1. Meeting	was	called	to	order	at	3:05pm.	2. PACC	members	present:	Steve	Walker,	Brian	Vienneau,	Faith	Beall,	Steve	Archambault	3. Manager:	Jo	Toale		Public	Comments:	-		• None		Committee	Comments:	-		• None		Communications:	-		• S.Walker	mentioned	that	Mass	Access	discussed	the	loss	of	cable	revenue	and	sent	out	information	on	how	to	possibly	rectify	the	issue.		Minutes:	-		• Motion	to	accept		7/7/2025	minutes		• (F.Beall,	2nd	B.Vienneau),	passed.		Manager’s	Report:		• Nomination	for	Special	Employee	Merit	Award	–	Luncheon	Aug.	21st	at	LAAC	• Working	on	Goals	for	PAC	for	Town	Manager	• Backed	up	FY25	meeting	video	files	from	CASTUS	–	received	new	NAS	• Gave	studio	tour	to	Laura	B	of	the	Municipal	Building	Design	Committee	• Received	permission	to	remove	old	files	and	equipment	–	Done	• Eric	started	packing	studio	–	waiting	for	room	to	be	painted	and	floors	waxed	• Videographer	resigned	• Working	on	finishing	FY	25	financials	–	will	have	FY26	financials	emailed	in	the	next	2	weeks	• Balance	$1,071,643.76		• Program	Analysis		o 46%	local	programming	o 42%	Downloads	• Calendar	–	a	bit	slow	but	will	pick	up	in	Sept.	• Recording	an	Aug.	22nd	“Touch	a	Truck”	event	fundraiser	• Still	working	on	“Around	Town”	program		Studio	Space	Update:		• As	reported	in	Manager’s	report		Cable	Advisory	:		• No	report	–	typically	start	2	years	ahead		(FY27)
