PACC	Meeting	Minutes	Tuesday	September,	2025	Sudolnik	Conference	Room,	Lunenburg	Town	Library.		Roll	call:	1. Meeting	was	called	to	order	at	6:03pm.	2. PACC	members	present:	Steve	Walker,	Brian	Vienneau,	Steve	Archambault	3. Excused:	Faith	Beall	4. Manager:	Jo	Toale		Public	Comments:	-		• None		Committee	Comments:	-		• None		Communications:	-		• S.Walker	received	a	request	to	put	in	a	warrant	at	the	Special	Town	Meeting.	PAC	needs	to	encumber	money	from	retained	earnings,	update	and	finalize	FY26	numbers.	• Motion	(B.Vienneau,	2nd	S.Archambault)	–	To	see	if	the	Town	will	vote	to	transfer	money	from	available	funds,	a	sum	of	money	to	fund	the	FY26	Public	Access	Educational	Government	(PEG)	Access	Enterprise	operating	and	capital	budgets	to	include	$31,271	to	be	restored	to	the	general	fund	and	to	include	$4,000	for	a	total	of	#35,271.	Passed		Minutes:	-		• Motion	to	accept	8/4/2025	minutes	as	amended	• (B.Vienneau,	2nd	S.Archambault),	passed.		Manager’s	Report:		• Hired	2	new	videographers	(Victoria	Leger	&	Jane	Pascko)	• Scheduled	2	new	shows;	o Committee	Confidential	Oct.	thru	Feb.	o Book	Club	Program	• Recorded	2	new	promos;	o Touch	a	Truck	o Whalom	Park	Event	• CASTUS	Issues	with	recorded	video.	Seems	to	be	working	now.	• Studio	move	is	scheduled	for	next	week	if	electric	install	is	completed	• Completed	first	pass	of	FY27	budget	• Town	Manager	has	asked	for	FY26	Goals	• FY25	closed	• Balance	-	$	1,054,510.72	• Program	analysis;	o Negative	as	it	was	slow	in	July	and	August	o Will	start	to	pick	up

o Added	3	things	in	August		Studio	Space	Update:		• As	reported	in	Manager’s	report		Cable	Advisory	:		• S.Archambault	met	with	Tow	manager	and	is	on	committee.	J.Toale	and	S.Walker	will	advise		Enterprise	Fund	Investment	Status:	-	no	report		Master	Planning:	• S.Walker	received	an	email	asking	PACC	to	review	&	fill	in	various	categories	on	the	Master	Plan	using	their	template.	o S.Archambault	&	J.Toale	will	go	through	and	report	on	PACC	Policy	decisions.		o Need	to	meet	to	brainstorm;	§ Dedicated	long	term/appropriate	studio	space	§ Automating	process	via	AI	§ Solidifying	adequate	long	term	funding		Next meeting (Special): - September 22nd, 2025 3:00 pm.
