PACC	Special	Meeting	Minutes	Monday	October	6,	2025	Sudolnik	Conference	Room,	Lunenburg	Town	Library.		Roll	call:	1. Meeting	was	called	to	order	at	6:01pm.	2. PACC	members	present:	Steve	Walker,	Brian	Vienneau,	Steve	Archambault,	Faith	Beall	(zoom)	3. Manager:	Jo	Toale		Public	Comments:	-	None		Committee	Comments:	-	None		Communications:	• S.Walker	received	a	thank	you	from	A.Sculimbrene	for	PAC’s	Master	Plan	input		Minutes:	-		• Motion	to	accept	9/9/2025	minutes		• (B.Vienneau,	2nd	S.Archambault),	passed.	• Motion	to	accept	9/22/2025	minutes		• (B.Vienneau,	2nd	S.Archambault),	passed.		Manager’s	Report:		• Studio	move	is	80%	complete.	Cameras	need	to	be	wired	additional	furniture	needs	to	be	moved.	Should	be	ready	for	recording	next	week.	• Received	a	stream	of	LHS	football	game	vs	Fitchburg	HS	from	FATV	on	9/26	• Conference	call	with	CASTU	to	review	options	and	pricing	for	new	server	• Jane	Paszko	has	started	and	is	currently	training	at	Town	Hall	• Connor	Garrity	has	resigned	• Kayla	is	back	to	work.	Added	11	new	programs	to	schedule	this	month	including	the	Agricultural	Fair	• Comcast	has	not	posted	its	August	fee,	the	next	posting	is	scheduled	for	November	• There	is	a	balance	of	$1,040,378.60	• Upcoming	events	–	Homecoming,	parade	and	special	town	meeting		Warrents:		• S.Walker	sent	in	PAC’s	warrant	and	worked	with	town	hall	to	revise	and	finalize	numbers		Master	Plan:		• No	update	• PACC’s	info	was	sent	in	Studio	Space:	• As	reported	in	manager’s	report
