PACC	Meeting	Minutes		Monday	April	6,	2026		Sudolnik	Conference	Room,		Lunenburg	Town	Library.		Roll	call:		1.	Meeting	was	called	to	order	at	6:14	pm.		2. Manager:	Jo	Toale		Public	Comments:	-	None		Committee	Comments:	-	None		Communications:	-	None		Minutes:	-		      • Motion	to	accept	3/02/2026	minutes	as	amended		• (F.	Beall,	2nd	B.	Vienneau),	passed.		Manager’s	Report:			•	Storage	space	update:	We	have	storage	in	the	Town	Hall,	it	is	a	bit	tight	but	it	will	work	• The	network	switch	was	failing	and	needs	to	be	replaced,	currently	borrowing	one	from		Ockers	• The	studio	space	will	be	packed	up	by	the	end	of	April	with	storage	in	the	Eagle	House,		Still	awaiting	final	confirmation.	• The	new	studio	space	lease	will	be	$12,000	instead	of	$6,000	• We	have	received	the	franchise	fee	from	Comcast	but	it	has	not	been	posted	yet	 • The investment value from Bartholmew dropped from $35,000 to $20,000 • The legal fees for the new Comcast agreement will be around $12,000 and will be split between 2 years at $6,000 each	• Working	on	the	CASTUS	quote,	Jo	met	with	Robert	Haigh	04/03	• Balance	$1,077,340.59	• Program	Analysis:		    O 80%	local	programming.	Up	to	112	programs	–	90	are	local	CASTUS:		o The	total	for	the	CASTUS	upgrade	is	$34,895	o The	monthly	maintenance	fee	is	$1,795	o We	currently	have	a	plan	for	500	hours	for	closed	captioning,	but	that	may	need		to	go	up	due	to	the	volume	of	meetings	o Jo	will	check	to	see	if	the	RMTP	pricing	includes	the	capability	for	2	concurrent	streams	PACC	Policy	Update:	• No	current	updates
