PACC	Meeting	Minutes	Monday	May	4,	2026	Sudolnik	Conference	Room,	Lunenburg	Town	Library.		Roll	call:	1. Meeting	was	called	to	order	at	3:32	pm.	2. PACC	members	present:	Steve	Walker,	Brian	Vienneau,	Steve	Archambault,	Faith	Beall		3. Manager:	Jo	Toale		Public	Comments:	-	None		Committee	Comments:	-	None		Communications:	-	None		Minutes:	-		• Motion	to	accept	4/04/2026	minutes	as	amended	• 	(S.Archambault,	2nd	B.	Vienneau),	passed.		Manager’s	Report:		• PACC	Budget	work	finalized	• John	Dextraze	has	retired.	Last	day	was	May	2nd.	• Attended	“Meet	and	Greet”	on	4/28.	Prepared	2	handouts	• Recorded	Town	Meeting	on	May	2nd.	• Will	be	packing	up	studio	the	first	two	weeks	in	May,	moving	to	an	office	at	the	Eagle	House.	Still	looking	for	storage	space	in	Town	for	studio	equipment	and	furniture.	Set	up	shelving	in	the	server	room	at	Town	Hall	for	videographer	equipment.	• Loaned	a	camera	to	the	ACE	program	for	a	project.	Working	with	them	on	editing	the	footage.	• Working	with	Ockers	the	week	of	May	4th	on	Bilotta	room	audio	issues.	• On	vacation	5/22-5/29.	• Recording	Memorial	Day	Celebration	/25.	• Balance	$1,065,442.78	• Program	Analysis;	o 81%	local	programming.	Things	have	slowed	down.		FY27	Budget:	• Presented	and	approved	at	Town	Meeting.		PACC	Policy	Update:	• Reviewed	table	of	contents.	• Need	to	include		o Community		Videographer’s	Policy	o Water	District	Policy	o Create	link	to	Town	Procurement	Policy		Master	Plan:		No	report

Studio	Space:	• See	manager’s	report	for	update.	• J.Toale	is	meeting	with	FATV	to	finalize	rental	details	(FY27)		Cable	Advisory:		• Committee	presently	on	hold	as	it	needs	2	community	members		• Committee	will	begin	community	outreach		Enterprize	Account:	-		• Current	balance	-	$808,974.49		New	Business:	• S.Archambault	will	check	Town	website	to	check	committee	terms.
