No	action	taken	-	tabled		Minutes:	-		• Motion	to	accept	5/14/2026	minutes	as	amended	• 	(S.Archambault,	2nd	F.Beall),	passed.		Manager’s	Report:		• Covering	Water	District	Meeting	6/3/26	• Covering	LHS	Graduation	6/6/26	• Livestreamed	Monty	Tech	Graduation	5/27/26	(received	from	FATV)	• CASTUS	PO	received,	will	be	backing	up	files	over	the	next	2	weeks	• Met	with	Library	to	discuss	recording	Book	Club	and	Storytime	at	Library	• January	thru	March	investment	and	interest	posted	to	account	• Equipment	stats	–	o Purchased	new	8	input	ATEM.	The	old	one	burnt	out.	o Purchased	a	new	Swit	transmitter	and	receiver.	One	had	failed.	• Moving	from	TCPassios	to	FATV	on	6/4/26.	PAC	Office	is	now	at	Adult	Center.	Still	working	on	final	storage	of	equipment	• Balance	$1,063,010.16	• Program	Analysis;	o 79%	Public	Produced	programs	o Added	a	lot	this	month	-	Lincoln	Pavilion,	End	of	Life	Seminar,	Interview	of	Veterans,	Lion’s	Car	Show,	Memorial	Day	Ceremonies,	Spring	Jazz	Concert.		FY27	Budget:	No	Report		PACC	Policy	Update:	• All	are	now	accounted	for.	Need	to	finalize	formats.		Master	Plan:		No	report		Studio	Space:	• See	manager’s	report	for	update.
